Due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption

This is to inform all Grameenphone customers (both 017 and 013 series) that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following GP services on 13 November 2022 from 11:00 PM of 13 November 2022 to 08:00 AM of 14 November 2022.

  • Provisioning of few social, international roaming, enterprise and biometric pack will be interrupted during the activity. Customers will receive a regret SMS if they try to purchase these packs during the activity period.
  • Roaming customers for 0175 and 0178 number series, using TravelSure Internet Limit pack (R1, R2, R3, R4) will not be able to browse Internet during the activity period.
