- Roaming service availability is subject to partnership, network, and service coverage availability with roaming partners in each country.
- Always check service and coverage availability (specially for Prepaid Roaming) of the visiting country before purchasing any roaming pack.
- Customer will be charged upfront for a successful purchase.
- 60 Sec Pulse will be applicable for all roaming calls.
- Satellite & Premium number calls are excluded from bundle benefits and Pay as You Go charge will be applicable.
- Pack validity will be counted from the time of pack purchase.
- After consumption of mentioned Voice Mins and SMS benefits, visiting country specific Pay as You Go Charge will be applicable.
- After consumption of mentioned Internet Volume, Roaming Internet connection will be disconnected.
- Above Roaming packs will not be renewed automatically. Customer will be able to purchase as many times as s/he wants. Upon purchasing a new roaming package, previous roaming pack benefits will be cleared off.
- SMS Roaming Customers must deactivate SMS roaming first and then reactivate Standard Roaming to enjoy the offers. Visit Roaming option in My GP App to do it instantly.
- Visit My GP App > Menu > Roaming option for Roaming Activation, Bill Payment / Recharge, Pack Purchase, and other services.
- Standard roaming customer will be eligible to purchase All Packs.
- Data Roaming customer will be eligible to purchase Internet Packs only.
- Basic Roaming customer will be eligible to purchase Voice Packs only
- SMS Roaming Customers cannot purchase any Roaming packs.
