Meet & Greet request process:
- Platinum Plus customers who are traveling abroad by air, can request for meet & greet service
- Meet & greet service has to be requested through their dedicated relationship manager
Meet & Greet process:
- For traveling outside of the country:
You will be received at the airport by a ‘Meet & Greet service agent’, who will welcome, accompany to the check-in counter, support with collecting luggage and security screening and guide you through to immigration - For traveling form outside the country:
You will be received after crossing immigration, support with luggage collection and guide you through security screening to exit through terminal 1 or 2 (as per needed) - Meet & greet service duration: from arrival at the airport to immigration and vice versa
Terms & Conditions:
- This service is available for GPStar Platinum Plus customers on their international journey
- This service is available at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka
- Service can only be requested through dedicated relationship manager
