This is to inform that unused Grameenphone prepaid and postpaid connections (Since 8 May 2022 or before) will be permanently deactivated after 3 (Three) months of publishing this notice. Please note that-
- According to the ‘Subscription Agreement’ with the subscriber, Grameenphone will retain the ownership of the permanently deactivated connections
- The previous subscriber will no longer be able to use/replace/recharge or claim ownership of such permanently deactivated connections
- Grameenphone reserves the rights to reuse/resell/recycle permanently deactivated connections
The lists of permanently deactivated prepaid and postpaid connections are available on the website of Grameenphone (www.grameenphone.com), Grameenphone Customer Care Centers and on the website of BTRC (www.btrc.gov.bd).
